From Spiraling Thoughts to Creator Mode: My Love Letter to the Law of Assumption

Hey beautiful souls,

I used to let my thoughts run the show — and they were ruthless. One negative thought would snowball into an emotion, then a mood, then a full-blown spiral that dictated my entire day (sometimes my entire week). Sound familiar?

Our thoughts aren’t just little background noise. They shape our emotions, our energy, and eventually our reality. That’s exactly why I got serious about meditation. I needed real awareness of my thought patterns so I could catch the spirals before they took over.

Around the same time, I fell head over heels with Ayurveda. Thousands of years ago, they already understood that our inner state creates our outer world. Mind, body, and energy are all connected. The biggest (and hardest) medicine I swallowed?

Taking full responsibility for my circumstances, my health, my happiness, and my life.

It felt like a bitter pill at first. But it turned out to be the most liberating, empowering shift I’ve ever made. Because if I created the mess… I can also create something beautiful.

Then the Law of Assumption (thanks to Neville Goddard) clicked everything into place. We are the creators of our reality. Once that landed, everything changed.

I found this amazing “cheat sheet” online that perfectly captures the practical magic of Neville’s teachings. I turned it into this fun, no-fluff guide for you. Save it, come back to it often, and let it remind you who you really are.

Your Law of Assumption Cheat Sheet ✨

(How to stop playing small and start living as the Main Character)

  • I AM the Power You are the God/Goddess of your reality. Techniques are cute, but nothing works until you truly own this.

  • Persistence is Queen Keep going even when the 3D world looks like a dumpster fire. The people who get big results? They persisted with zero f*cks given.

  • The How & When Are None of Your Business Stop trying to figure out the bridge. Just decide what you want and let the Universe handle the details.

  • Keep It Sacred (Tell No One) Protect your dreams. Not everyone can hold space for big visions. Keep your desires close and don’t let anyone rain on your parade.

  • You Are the Main Character Stop giving other people (or circumstances) the throne. This is your movie.

  • Live in the End Go straight to the finish line in your imagination. Don’t get stuck micromanaging the plot twists.

  • Faith Over Fear When fear shows up, lovingly say “thanks, but you don’t live here anymore.” Choose faith every single time.

  • Ignore the 3D (until it behaves) The current reality is just old news. Keep your focus on the new story.

  • Detachment = Freedom Take the heavy importance off the desire. Make it feel normal. Make you the prize.

  • Channel Your Inner Spoiled Brat Decide you always get what you want. Be stubborn in the best way possible.

  • Keep Going Even After It Manifests Don’t drop the new story once things shift. Keep reinforcing it.

  • Being Delulu is the Solulu Stay in your beautiful delusion until it becomes reality. It works ridiculously well.

  • No Backup Plans You can’t serve two masters. Go all in on what you want.

  • Be Specific (But Not About the How) Know exactly what you want, just don’t obsess over how or when it arrives.

  • There Are No Big or Small Desires Manifesting a caffeine free latte or a dream house should feel equally easy. Stop giving extra weight to “big” things.

  • This Is Not a Chore Keep it fun! Manifesting should feel light and playful, not like spiritual homework.

  • Relax You’re doing better than you think. Breathe, trust, and enjoy being the creator.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep choosing the new story more often than the old one.

The moment you stop identifying as the victim of your circumstances and start seeing yourself as the author, everything begins to shift.

You were meant to live a big, beautiful, juicy life. Now go create it.

With love and big belief in you,

Veena Ayurveda

P.S. Pair this with your daily meditation practice and some Ayurvedic wisdom and watch how fast things start moving. You’ve got this ✨
