A Simple Daily Tool You Can Try Right Now
Here’s one of the foundational practices my teacher taught me. It’s incredibly powerful and takes just a few minutes:
Close your eyes and imagine two lines crossing in the center of your head — one going straight back from between your eyebrows, and another going across from the tops of your ears. This is your center.
Picture a rose about an arm’s length in front of you. Let it be any color.
Imagine the rose is “sticky.” Bring it into the center of your head and allow it to collect any thoughts, emotions, or energy that doesn’t belong to you.
Pull the rose back out in front of you and destroy it completely — imagine lighting it on fire or dissolving it.
Notice how much lighter you feel as that foreign energy is released and returns to its source.
Congratulations! You just used your natural intuitive ability to heal and clear yourself!
